 Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
• Proven experience in successfully managing projects within the pharma and/or biotech industries
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willing to take an active role in new business development day-to-day

Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensuring projects comply with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Managing project resources and allocating tasks to team members
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Providing leadership and support to project team members
• Willing to take an active role in new business development day-to-day
